John Carter, President

Prior to founding Radical Support, John Carter spent more than 15 years in the technology industry in various management roles in sales, business development and service delivery.  He got the idea for Radical Support while at his last company where he helped build one of the largest application hosting companies in the country with over 7000 end-users in the Insurance, Healthcare and Financial sectors.  John attended the University of Georgia and is a die-hard DAWG fan.  His favorite activities include fishing, traveling, soccer and other sports.  He especially enjoys spending time with his wife Sandy, and their two children, Mason and Lexi.

John Mamon, COO

John Mamon is a principal and Chief Operating Officer of Radical Support. With more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology including roles in engineering, sales, and executive management, John is responsible for service delivery operations for the company. He has served in a management role for three different technology start-ups with the majority of his time spent defining better ways to provide technology services to customers. Raised near Buffalo, New York, John attended the University of Buffalo and is a Buffalo Bills fanatic. John defines relaxation as camping with his family on the weekends.
