Justin Burden
After growing up in the cold and
snow in Detroit, Michigan, Justin Burden appreciates the warmer
climate in Atlanta. Justin relocated to Atlanta two years ago
and joined Radical Support as an Engineer on our Help Desk in
September 2008.
After serving four years in the Air
Force, Justin worked in physical therapy but decided to turn a
love for computers into a career. He studied IT at the Community
College of the Air Force and is a few months away from earning
his Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Security at
Davenport University. During the past nine years in this field,
he has specialized in hardware, system security and
virus/malware removal.
In his spare time from work and
school, this single dad enjoys martial arts, singing, song
writing, and sports. Basketball, golf, running and strength
training are his favorite sports activities.
What would Justin do if he won the
lottery? After tithing to his church and making sure his parents
have the retirement they deserve, Justin would invest, build his
dream house and travel the world. Not one to sit still, Justin
would like to do mission work and help others.

5
Ways Internet Explorer 8 Helps You Get More Done
by S. E. Slack - used
with permission from
Microsoft At Work
I use Microsoft Internet Explorer all day long, every day.
I've arranged all the settings just how I like them, and
once I've done that I don't like to change. I'm the kind of
girl who just wants technology to work when I need it; I'm
not into installing all the latest gadgets and upgrades so I
can one-up my friends. So whenever I hear there is a new
version of Internet Explorer, my first reaction is, "I don't
need that."
Then I hear
about some cool new feature in the newest version and
curiosity gets the better of me. I give the new version a
try and I'm always impressed by how things just keep getting
better. Each version of Internet Explorer seems to be
faster, safer, and easier to use than the last. And it's
free. You can always download and install the latest version
of Internet Explorer for free from the Microsoft Download
Center.
Here are some
recently added features that'll make your browsing
experience more productive.

15 Etiquette
Rules for a Brave New World

"O
brave new world that has such people in it!"- John
Savage; Brave New World, by Aldous Huxley
It is a brave new
world and technology is sometimes changing faster than we
can keep up. However unlike Huxley's fictional account of
the future, technology is bringing us exciting new
opportunities and we have the freedom to decide what is
appropriate or crosses the line. With that said, there are
some basic technology manners we should all remember.
■ Probably
the most basic, but most often forgotten rule is to
silence your phone in theaters, places of worship, and
meetings.
■
In this
age of electronic devices, if you want to let someone
know how important they are, try a face to face.
